This is a Laser cut MDF kit which contains 27 parts.
Kit includes 1 removable door. Leave them in, take them out, or hack them.
This kit is designed to be an add on to the building 1 & 2 types to increase the height.
It essentially a complete add on storey, including balcony.
The Kit is supplied UNPAINTED and UNASSEMBLED.
